Please note:

  • The full conference fee (members and non-members) includes attending the conference, all documentation, coffee breaks, network and closing drink and lunch.
  • The participants and companions’ fees do not cover travel and accommodation expenses.
  • Hotel accommodation and flights are not included in the conference fee.
  • Admission to the conference is only guaranteed when the conference fee payment is received prior to the event.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be sent to EADTU in writing or by email by October 1th 2017 the latest. If notice of the cancellation is received before or on October 1th 2017, the conference fee minus an administration charge of €75,- of the fee will be refunded. If notice of the cancellation is received after October 1th 2017 and/or participants fail to attend, the entire fee is subjected to pay. In the latter case we will accept representatives, provided that we have been informed of this change in writing or by email before October 1th 2017.
