Please note:

The full conference fee (members and non-members) includes attending the conference, all documentation, networking drink, coffee breaks, lunches and closing drink.

The participants and companions’ fees do not cover travel and accommodation expenses.

Hotel accommodation and flights are not included in the conference fee.

Admission to the conference is only guaranteed when the conference fee payment is received prior to the event.

Privacy Policy of EADTU applies to the processing of your personal data.

Cancellations must be sent to EADTU in writing or by email (miriam.debie@eadtu.eu) by 30 September 2020 the latest.

If notice of the cancellation is received before or on 30 September 2020 the conference fee minus an administration charge of € 93,75 will be refunded.

If notice of the cancellation is received after 30 September 2020 and/or participants fail to attend, the entire fee is subjected to pay. In the latter case we will accept representatives, provided that we have been informed of this change in writing or by email before 15 October 2020.
