Registration to I-HE2023 is handled by Ex Ordo. If you already have an ExOrdo account, then please log in to your account and start the registration process. If you do not have an ExOrdo account, create an account first and follow the steps of the registration process.

Full conference participation:

Full conference fee (EADTU member) € 475 (full price)

Full conference fee (Non-EADTU member) € 525 (full price)

Early-bird discount:

€50 [until 31 July)

Optional:

Conference Networking Dinner on Thursday 5 October: €80

Please note:

- The full conference fee (members and non-members) includes attending the conference, use of the I-HE2023 app, a networking drink, coffee breaks, lunches and a closing drink. There will also be a social event during the conference for which you can register.

- Hotel accommodation and travel expenses are not included in the conference fee.

- Admission to the conference is only guaranteed when the conference fee payment is received prior to the event.

The Privacy Policy of EADTU applies to the processing of your personal data.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be sent to EADTU in writing or by email (miriam.debie@eadtu.eu) by 22 September 2023 the latest.

If notice of the cancellation is received before or on 22 September 2023 the conference fee minus an administration charge of € 93,75 will be refunded.

If notice of the cancellation is received after 22 September 2023 and/or participants fail to attend, the entire fee is subjected to pay. In the latter case we will accept representatives, provided that we have been informed of this change by email before 27 September 2023.
